Alright Fam . . .

whats up. no pictures today. pretty good week tho. I taught elder
reynolds the rubixs cube. that is the 4th person i have completely
taught it too. We found some good people this week, we have a really
good family night tonight.....i always promise brownies. but they are
from these really good members in the ward. they are recent converts.
BUT you would never guess it cuz they are break dancers with tatoos
and have TONS of really cool grafiti around. grafiti is not illegal
here. But they are super strong, they are the presidents of the yound
men and women. So we were at there house yesterday, and they had a
friend over. his name is J (jota in spanish?₧+¿!!¡¿?₧ i cant find the
ending parenthesis. but this guy is a total gangster. There is no way
he would have ever actually listened to us alone. but with his
gangster very mormon friends, it was such a good lesson. we ll see how
it goes.

chalk one up for member work...but than you gotta take it back down cuz
of another incident with a member here.

we got a call from an older member that he new some people who wanted
to talk to us and had set up a charla with them in their house.
sweet.we show up an well...first thing he tells us is that they are
all members already. alright, thats fine, we will still have a nice
charla. also, he had not actually set up a charla, we were just going
with luck. Before we left his house, he showed us the scripture he
thought we should share. it is in alma where alma counels his son to
stay away from the whore isabel cuz it is a huge abomionation.

ummm....hermano, does she have a problem with the law of chastity?
no
oh....well this drops really huge cane on people with that problem...
i just thougt it was a good scripture about council from a father, but
if you dont want to use it, we dont have too....than he pouted a bit.

so we show up, get lucky as tey come home as we show up. turns out,
they do not like the missionaries and dont really want anyting more
with the church. we gave a good spiritual thought and ended with a
good prayer by their son. well, i think the hermano did not think he
got enough talking time, so were shaking hands to leave and he stands
up and blurts....i just want you all to know you are children of god
and he loves you, and we say these things in the name of jesus christ
amen! .....a bit late buddy. me and my comp just look at each other
and say faint amens and get the heck outta there.

ya not much else has happened, its been a really good week of work
